What are your store hours?  M-Th 10am-5pm, Fri 10am-6pm, Sat 11am-5pm (open until 7pm March-December)3, Sun CLOSED

 

What is your hold policy? We will hold items in store for 24 hours.

 

Can I combine my invoices? We only combine invoices for IN STOCK items. Pre-order invoices can not be combined as item(s) arrive at different times and we do not have the storage space at this time to house your items until your entire order has arrived to us.

I haven’t received an invoice for an item I requested to purchase, can you help? Please call us at 984-200-0165 and one of our associates will be able to provide you with immediate assistance regarding invoicing questions (during normal business hours).

 

My invoice says an item is “SOLD OUT”, why did this happen?  Please call us at 984-200-0165 during regular business hours and someone will be able to look into this issue and correct it for you. Items sell out quickly, which is why we recommend paying your invoice upon receipt or notifying us ASAP if your payment will be delayed so we can ensure the item(s) are held for you in our inventory.

 

What is your store credit policy? Store Credit may not be used on Live Sales, Sapphire Steals or combined with any other sale, discount, or coupon. Store Credit may be applied upon request to direct invoices, but if you fail to complete the invoice your store credit will be considered forfeited. Store Credit may be also used on in-store purchases.

 

How can I check my store credit balance? Please call us at 984-200-0165 (during regular business hours) to check the balance of your store credit.

 

I forgot to present my punch card in-store, can I still get my punches? Unfortunately you MUST present the punch card at the time of purchase in order to receive credit on your punch card for those purchases. We are unable to issue punches on your card after the original purchase date.

 

Can I cancel a pre-order order before it arrives? No. Unfortunately you must wait until an item arrives, and can then follow our return policy if you do not wish to keep your pre-order item.
