RETURN POLICY

FACEBOOK or ONLINE ORDERS: You will have 7 days from the delivery date (shipping customers) or pick up date (local customers) of your order to return anything. We do not provide return labels. You, the customer, are responsible for any fees associated with returning an item. Upon receipt of your return & careful examination of the item(s) to ensure it is unworn and in its original condition, our team will notify you if your return is accepted. If accepted, you will be issued Store credit on your account (via the email you provided at time of purchase) for the purchase price of your item(s) returned. September & Co. reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason and without explanation. We will not accept returns on items that have been worn or improperly cared for or that have been damaged while being worn. Please follow the washing instructions on the wash tag of your garment(s). NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. Any returns submitted after the 7 day period WILL BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF UP TO 60% OF YOUR PURCHASE PRICE BASED ON TIME THAT HAS PASSED SINCE ACCEPTABLE RETURN WINDOW. Sapphire Steals/Live Sale Purchases: Any items purchased from Live Sales are returnable for EXCHANGE ONLY. We will not issue store credit for items purchased from Live Sales. If you need to mail your purchase back, please coordinate with one of our associates which item you'd like to switch your item(s) out for. SAPPHIRE STEALS PURCHASES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.

  • 1 Week (7 Days) Late - a 30% Restocking Fee taken from amount of store credit you would be issued.
  • 2 Weeks (14 Days) Late - a 40% Restocking Fee taken from amount of store credit you would be issued.
  • 3 Weeks (21 Days) Late - a 60% Restocking Fee taken from amount of store credit you would be issued.
  • ANY RETURN OVER 3 WEEKS LATE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR ANY REASON & IS AT THAT POINT CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.

JEWELRY & LAST CHANCE or DISCOUNTED items are considered FINAL SALE. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.

IN STORE PURCHASES: you will have 48 hours (2 Days) to return any item(s) purchased in store for exchange or store credit only. Items with a gift receipt purchased in store will be accepted for return up to 14 days after the purchase date with no restocking fee. NO REFUNDS. Any returns submitted after the 48 hour period (with the exception of gift receipt eligible purchases) WILL BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF UP TO 60% OF YOUR PURCHASE PRICE BASED ON TIME THAT HAS PASSED SINCE ACCEPTABLE RETURN WINDOW.

PRE ORDER/QUICKSHIP POLICY **UPDATED 8/13/19**

EFFECTIVE ON ORDERS PLACED 8/13/19 AND AFTER...NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON PRE-ORDERS OR QUICKSHIPS. NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED ON PRE-ORDERS OR QUICKSHIPS. IF YOU ARE AN IMPATIENT PERSON WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM PRE-ORDERS OF ANY KIND.

WHY WAS THIS POLICY UPDATED? We have experienced an increase of people being impatient and trying to cancel pre-orders without fully understanding our old policy and why it was implemented. What's happening is we have already ordered these items with our vendors and when they arrive we are left with an excess of product in random sizes due to cancellations. So, moving forward, we will not be offering the option of cancellation on pre-orders. We have also had an increasing number of people getting upset with us if the ESTIMATED time window changes (guys...its an ESTIMATE). THE ONLY WAY WE WILL ISSUE A FULL REFUND FOR A PRE-ORDER IS IF THE ITEM IS STRAIGHT UP JUST NOT COMING FROM THE VENDOR FOR WHATEVER REASON. PERIOD.

Every item posted is given an “ESTIMATED SHIPPING MONTH”.

    • THIS INCLUDES “QUICKSHIP ITEMS” (Ships SAME MONTH or NEXT MONTH are considered QUICKSHIP).
    • This is just an ESTIMATE. Not IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM A GUARANTEE. 
    • We will be using a VERY LIMITED *highly vetted* list of only our most reliable vendors for pre-orders & quickships. 
    • We WILL CONTACT YOU ASAP if we receive an update on your pre-order with our vendor!
    • WE WILL ISSUE A FULL REFUND FOR A PRE-ORDER/QUICKSHIP IF WE RECEIVE WORD THE ITEM IS STRAIGHT UP JUST NOT COMING FROM THE VENDOR FOR WHATEVER REASON (Issue in production, cancelled style, etc.). REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED ON YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.

Seriously - if you are an impatient person DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER FOR A PRE-ORDER. It is just that simple. Sometimes vendors completely change dates on us and we have ABSOLUTELY ZERO CONTROL OVER IT. So again - if you consider yourself impatient - we recommend sticking to our IN STOCK posts & staying away from pre-orders!
